- The headphones are not turned on. Make sure that the headphones are turned on. Some headphones have a power button, while others turn on automatically when they are taken out of the charging case.
- The headphones are not paired with your device. To pair the headphones with your device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue.
