Korg is a Japanese musical instrument manufacturer with its headquarters and primary manufacturing operations located in Japan. The company was founded in Japan in the 1960s and has maintained a strong presence in the country ever since.
Japan is renowned for its precision engineering and craftsmanship, which is reflected in the high-quality musical instruments produced by Korg. While some components of Korg’s products may be sourced globally, the final assembly and quality control typically take place in Japan to ensure the instruments meet the brand’s exacting standards.
Please note that manufacturing locations and processes can change over time, so for the most up-to-date information on where Korg instruments are manufactured as of 2023, I recommend visiting the official Korg website or contacting Korg’s customer support or authorized dealers for accurate details.
